The year reads the same when rotated 180 degrees but ... you have to write the ones as straight lines in order for it to work for 1961. (I have to admit I cheated a little for the answer)
OH dang Louise already got it. But I didn't cheat, my Dad is always talking about that kind of stuff. :)
